The city is scheduled to receive an update on the 10-Year Plan to End Homelessness. No supporting documents were provided with the agenda. (It is so much easier for flyby reporters to perform due diligence on claims when they only have a few off-business hours to do so.) As the plan winds down its seventh year, much progress has been made. Even though homelessness increases, we can spotlight data points when specific variables were worse. That failing, we can change the name or date on the plan or blame Bush.
