Recently the Henderson County Commissioners approved giving $197,736 to an unnamed company. Today, the Fletcher Town Council approved $125,125 for the same. The approvals are necessary to entice “Project Napoleon” to locate in the area. Nap hasn’t yet decided where it wants to go.
