The Town of Tryon once had a great idea. They wanted neighborhood captains to go around collecting medical information from residents. The idea never took off with only one community gathering information from neighbors to turn over to police previously.
Now that a crisis has Americans pulling together to grieve, the town council has directed the town manager to re-implement the program.
