Three Henderson County employers will participate in a pilot program designed by government to help out industry. It’s green and everybody is excited. If you aren’t sick of the rigmarole, yet, have at it. Frankly, I am happy to be out of industry. Granted, I like engineering and math, but I still believe one reason American manufacturing is suffering is all this hoopla about partnering, continual improvement, quality, quantifying touchy-feely qualities, and padding the bottom line with government grants.
