The Graham County Commissioners had given the school board $370,000 when they had asked for $570,000. That led to more meetings, a threatened lawsuit, and mediation. Then, the chairs of both boards met over breakfast, and Commission Chair Mike Edwards agreed to give the school board everything they requested and more.
