The NC Wildlife Resources Commission is discriminating against long bass. We understand that there is more protein in a full-grown fish than in a fish sprout. However, selectively killing fish only over fourteen inches will discriminate against fish of higher-percentile growth rates and allow a disproportionate share of midget fish to breed.
