The private sector is showing signs of incompetency in leasing. At least, I think it must be; government is buying up properties to lease them. It can, after all, always raise taxes to subsidize rents on favorite sons.
County commissioners voted unanimously Tuesday to approve a one-year lease agreement with Harmony House Foods, Inc, a dehydrated food pre-packaging and distribution company that will move its operations to the Macon Business Development Center next month. . . . The announcement that Harmony House would be relocating to Macon County came after a brief closed session Tuesday.
