The dread BID is resurfacing in Asheville. It was scheduled for a public hearing at council’s next meeting. But, thanks to a high holy day indeed, Councilwoman Esther Manheimer will not be able to attend, so BID advocates have asked to push the hearing back to October 9. Anybody wanna go out of town for Columbus Day?
